PROJECT DETAILS, ISLAMIC RELIEF SA

Islamic Relief SA wishes to appoint a Service Provider to take on a significant responsibility for supplying, packaging and delivering of pre-Ramadaan food parcels in the following areas; Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg.

The Service Provider be flexible in terms of quantity as the final tally will be determined at a later date. The current estimate is as follows:

• Cape Town 800 food parcels per region
• Durban 800 food parcels per region
• Johannesburg 800 food parcels per region

The primary objective of the Ramadaan food parcel campaign is to assist needy families with food parcels for the month of Ramadaan.

Full delivery of the consignment is expected to take place per SLA arrangement to reach specified destinations not later than 6th April 2021.

We call for potential suppliers to quote for their specific regions.

All quotations to be submitted as stipulated in the Proposal to Radiya Dawood on or by

Tuesday, 23rd March 2021 at 12h00 (SA Time)

Your quotation will be screened according to a Bid Evaluation process and Islamic Relief South Africa will revert back to you shortly after a preferred Service Provider is selected.
