Request for Quotations: Two New Double-Cab Vehicles

Islamic Relief South Africa (IRSA) invites reputable, authorised motor dealers and suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of two new 4×4 double-cab vehicles for the Johannesburg and Durban regions. The vehicles will support the implementation of the Goal Getters Project.

Vehicle Requirements

The requested vehicles must meet the specified technical requirements, including:

Mahindra Pickup S6 Double Cab
4×4 diesel
Automatic or manual transmission – separate quotations required
White, brand new / 0 km
Air conditioning
Fibre glass canopy with windows
Service plan and warranty
Registration and licensing completed before delivery
Additional features including smash-and-grab windows, bash guards, tow bar, mud flaps, central locking, alarm and rubberised rear bed.

Suppliers must be able to provide after-sales support, comply with South African road and safety requirements, and deliver within 30 days of the official Purchase Order.

Submissions may also be hand-delivered to the IRSA offices in Emmarentia, Johannesburg, or Morningside, Durban.

All submissions must be received by 15 October 2026 at 16h00. Late submissions will not be considered.
