Call for Supplier Registration- Ramadan 2026

Islamic Relief South Africa invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers, service providers, and contractors to register on its supplier database for Ramadan 2026 projects.

The supplier registration process aims to identify and pre-screen potential vendors who may be invited to submit quotations or proposals for goods and services as required during the Ramadan period. Registration on the supplier database does not constitute a tender, pre-qualification, or guarantee of appointment.

Purpose of Supplier Registration

The supplier database supports Islamic Relief South Africa’s commitment to transparent, ethical, and competitive procurement processes. Registered suppliers may be considered for sourcing opportunities related to Ramadan projects across multiple regions.

Geographic Scope

Suppliers are invited to register if they can deliver goods or services in any of the following areas:

• KwaZulu-Natal
• Gauteng
• Western Cape
• Eastern Cape
• Lesotho
• Zimbabwe

Types of Goods and Services

Suppliers operating in the following categories are encouraged to apply, including but not limited to:

• Food supply, packaging, storage, and distribution
• Logistics and transport services
• Warehousing and handling
• Catering and event related services
• Printing and branding
• General goods and services required for humanitarian programmes

Suppliers must indicate whether they have the capacity to package, store, and deliver during the Ramadan period.

Compliance and Documentation

All suppliers will be required to submit a completed supplier registration form together with relevant supporting documentation, which may include:

• Company profile
• CIPC registration certificate
• Valid tax clearance certificate or tax compliance status pin
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, where applicable
• Bank confirmation letter
• Proof of business address
• Copy of identification documents of company director(s)
• At least two trade references

Islamic Relief South Africa reserves the right to verify all information and documentation submitted.

Registration does not guarantee appointment, selection, or participation in any procurement process.

All procurement will be conducted separately and in accordance with Islamic Relief South Africa’s procurement policies and competitive bidding procedures.

Islamic Relief South Africa reserves the right to update, amend, or close the supplier database at any time.
